The Charity shop provides a focal point for the Organisation. Money raised in the shop and from our fundraising activities is used to support the work we carry out. This includes the financing of our:
- Advice and Information Service.
- Lifeline.Maintenance and repairs of wheelchairs and other care equipment.
All money raised, in excess of the day-to-day business of financing the above, is put into a special fund, which we wish to use for our future Projects. One of our aims is to open a Drop-In Centre where people can meet, get information and join in various activities if they wish.
We are always grateful for good quality donated items; clean clothing, bric-a-brac etc., but, unfortunately, we are unable to accept electrical goods because of safety regulations, or furniture due to lack of space.
We do not provide an Emergency service.
In an Emergency dial 112 and ask for an English speaker.
